What is the vacation policy at State Street Corp? Is it paid vacation immediately or does it have to accrue?

I recently got offered a job there. What is their vacation policy?|||This will be covered in your employee handbook but generally you have to work at a company for at least 6 months to be eligible to take a vacation. You normally accrue 0.8 days a month (this would be 10 days or 2 weeks a year). Some companies increase the amount of vacation you get after 5 years, 10 years, and 15 years. But each company will have their own policy and it will be covered in the employee handbook.|||It must accrue. You are not entitled to vacation till employed for at least 6 months
