Are businesses required to let employees cash out on paid vacation in nevada?

The company I work for has a use it or loose it policy for paid vacation time.|||If it is a company policy. Then you do have to take your vacation time or lose it. Some companies, let you take the cash instead of actually taking time off. However it depends on your companies policy. If a company has a written set of policies, then you have to follow them. They are not required by the state to change them. Unless it violates a law. And this does not violate a Nevada state law.|||yes if company policy
