In California is there a minimum number of non paid vacation days that an employer can give out?

My boss said that we are only allowed to take three non-paid vacation days off per year and we get federal paid holidays. Is that legal?|||You are not entitled to any vacation time. All vacation time and how it is use is at the discression of your employer not you|||You have no right, to any vacation days at all.





So whatever your company wants to give, paid or unpaid, is up to them.
