How many weeks of paid vacation do you get?

right now I get one week, after 5 years at the company I get 2 weeks, after 10 years I get 3 weeks , after 17 years I get 4 weeks and after 25 years I get 5 weeks. That is very very bad right?|||since it is PAID time off it is great........ in the US the employer only owes you for time actually worked, anything you get above that is gravy......|||Actually that's pretty good.
