Do all full time jobs off paid vacation?

I just applied for a job at a restaurant called Flying J for a full time hostess position. Every place I've worked at always offers paid vacation for full time employees. I'm not sure if this job offers paid vacation or not. I do know they offer benefits such as dental, medical, vision and life insurance.
