How many paid vacation days does the average company offer?

Considering a position that offers 10 paid vacation days for first 4 years.|||10 days is pretty standard during the first 3-5 years with a company. Usually after that it goes up.|||That's pretty average for companies now days|||Depending on how CORPORATE this job is.... I think you can negotiate that type of thing upfront. Most places pay for 2 weeks... which means 10working days but maybe you can ask for a bit more? Ask them how many sick/personal days they offer as well! Good Luck! :)
