If a person is terminated from a job in NJ should they get their accumulated vacation time paid to them?

When someone is terminated from a job in the state of new jersey, by law, are they supposed to get paid the vacation time that they accumulated prior to the termination?|||FRINGE BENEFITS - The New Jersey Wage Payment Law and Selected Labor Laws enforce separate benefit packages which the employer has agreed to provide, such as payment of holidays, vacation, sick leave and personal days, and reimbursement of certain expenses.

That's from the NJ Department of Labor Website. So, if your company's policy is stated that is pays out time at termination, then they have to pay you. But only if that's their policy for everyone.
