Do employers in CA legally HAVE to give employees paid vacation time?

I work in California, and I have been with this company for 2 years in September, but I do not get paid Vacations. I also do not get paid overtime for days more than 8 hours or for weeks more than 40 hours. Is this illegal?|||The overtime sounds illegal, but I don't know of any law requiring employers to give vacations. Especially paid vacations. Sorry.

Check with the National Labor Relations Board.

Also, I believe it is a law that the minimum wage act with rules about overtime, etc. has to be posted someplace where employees can see it. Many businesses have them in the lunchroom.
