Do the army reserves get the 30 paid vacation days that active duty soldiers get?

I am curious because I wanted to go active duty but because there are no 68W (health care specialist) jobs available currently for active duty I have decided to go reserves because I can get 68W M6 (LPN). Could you please help me decided if the reserves will be good for me? And do the reserves get the 30 paid vacation days?|||Good news: 28 days of vacation per month

Bad news: You don't get paid for it.

If you get mobilized you will accrue leave at the active duty rate.|||I was going to e-mail you but you have it blocked which is not good when you have a closing follow up question. Yes, you will accrue leave while on active duty for training. There may be time to take leave during the extended training cycle (they may plan for this) or you'll get it at the end.

|||You go to meetings once a month for two days. Two weeks of training in the summer. That's a total of 36 days service for the year. Not counting basic and AIT. You will need a vacation from WHAT?|||nope.
