How much paid vacation do carpenters receive?

Hubby has been a dedicated employee to a very small company for nearly 5 years, and still only receives one paid week off per year. He does receive raises, but no health/dental insurance. I think he should ask to get at least 2 weeks off per year, that's a basic for new employees at most companies.|||He could ask for an unpaid week vacation. A lot of companies today don't even offer paid vacations or any benefits for that matter. If you want extra benefits and little extra cash maybe a data entry business will benefit you. Data collection and entry is a huge business. You can have a home based business and get tax benefits by simply entering 10 license plates a month. It is a great way to earn extra income and only takes a few minutes a month. If you are interested for more info msg. me.|||well it isnt basic for that company so he can either accept their policy or find another place
