Not getting paid for paid vacation time. what do i need to do?

i have been on my job for 3 years and have earned 2 weeks paid vacation. my employer doesn't want to me for that week. what should i do?|||First talk to your supervisor and find out why you can't take your vacation when you want to. Perhaps you and the supervisor can work out an agreement. If you feel you are getting no where, then talk to the HR department if you have one and then when all else fails, then I would go to your local labor board.|||Contact your local Labor Board for you state.
