If i quit my job (kroger) do i get paid for unused vacation?

I worked at kroger for 3 years, then i got another job and didnt have time to give kroger a 2 week notice so i just didnt show up, i quit. But i had unused vacation and personal days. Do i get paid for those even though i quit?|||You should get paid for unused vacation time. Personal days - probably not.|||Some companies would give you the paid sick days and or vacation time, but if your a no call no show they'll use that to forfeit your benefits. But it doesn't hurt to try and ask for it. Good Luck.|||Not if you violated the terms of your contract by just ditching your job.|||Probably not.|||It would be illegal for them not to pay you that.|||from my sight you r not get paid for that because u have ur unused vacations and its your own will to leave a company
