I was wondering if it is legal for an employer to refuse to give me my paid vacation check?

I worked for them for 3 years and I had asked for it about 2 weeks before I decided to leave the company. Now they wont put the money into my last pay check...|||if you mean that you decided to take your vacation days so that they ended when your contracted ended, you are entitled to that money, if you took the vacation. if you asked for the money, and worked for them at the same time, then you cant have the money|||What does your contract say? Where you entitled to any paid leave?





If you had annual leave accrued and were entitled to take leave then you should be paid out, if you had no annual leave due you get nada.
