Do you still get paid for accumulated vacation time if you get fired?

If you work for a company for several years and have accumulated vacation time and they fire you for no reason, do you still get paid for the vacation time?|||that all depends on where you are and company policy, disregard the ones that said yes, what state you are in determines if you get it|||It depends on the company rules.

Your employee handbook, or other documents that you signed would have this rule. When you signed you agreed to the rules that the company set.

In a general sense, the company does not 'have' to give you vacation time. Though the law varies from state to state.|||It depends on your company's policy, it's not required that they pay you for it in most states.|||I would think so...but it really depends on your conditions of employment or your contract.|||Yes|||yes
